Can I reschedule a shoot?
Yes. Contact Brian as early as possible so the appointment can be moved and the schedule updated.
When is payment due?
Payment is due before final deliverables are released.
When will my media be delivered?
Listing photos are delivered by the next business day. Video, staging, floor plan, and 3D tour timelines are confirmed when booking.
Are there travel fees?
A 35-mile radius from downtown Seattle is included. Travel fees apply outside the standard service area and are quoted from the listing address.
How will I receive the finished media?
Finished photography is delivered in organized MLS-ready and high-resolution formats, with additional media provided in formats suited to the service.
